HPP featured in Oral History Project about Female Artists in Chicago
Elisa Shoenberger is currently working on It Will Keep Your Heart Alive, an oral history project about female and female-identified artists in Chicago. Since July 2014, Elisa has been interviewing artists from a variety of fields including visual art, performance art, literature, and music.
In conjunction with this project, she has produced an 8 minute short through the Vocalo Storytelling Workshop in Winter 2016. This six-week free program was supported by the Chicago Community Trust.
In the segment, Elisa talks to three artists, Carron Little, Nora Moore Lloyd, and Honey Pot Performance Artistic Director, Meida McNeal, about community-based art.
